Voluntary Servitude Contract
1) Introduction I, hereby certify this is my true and legal name, and all information I give herein is true and actual: I am at least 18 years old, being of sound mind, and am not now physically or mentally impaired by influence of any drugs, including alcohol, or any other reason where I do not know what I am doing. After fully reviewing, understanding, and carefully considering all the contents and implications of this document, I do willfully and voluntarily enter into this Contract in my own name. I am signing this document of my own free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind. No one has made any promises, guarantees, warranties, or offered threats or inducements of any kind to get me to sign this Contract.
2) Binding Agreement With full understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, I specifically desire and request the control delineated and the activities mentioned herein. I specially desire and request MISTRESS to force me to comply if necessary, using any means at their disposal, as they see fit, without limit, unless otherwise specified herein. I hereby agree to submit myself totally and completely, without limit, in servitude to the holder(s) of this Contract, hereinafter known as Mistress*. {*The singular form of the word 'Mistress' is used throughout this Contract, though this word applies to one or more persons as delineated above or below.}
3) Term The term of this Contract shall be for a period of no less than one (1) year, commencing on the date of signing. MISTRESS may terminate this agreement at any time. If the contract is terminated within ninety (90) days of signing, I agree to pay all travel and expenses incurred for my Indentured Service. In the absence of termination, this agreement shall continue to be renewed from year-to-year on the anniversary date for a period of no less than five (2) years; after which the terms of the Contract may be re-negotiated to 1,2,5,10 years
4) Indentured Service I understand that the Sixteenth Amendment prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. Nevertheless, for my own purposes, I voluntarily desire to become an Indentured Servant*, hereinafter known as slave, to MISTRESS. {*An Indentured Servant, is an indebted laborer - a laborer under Contract to work for an employer for a specific amount of time. The employer is not required to pay any monetary compensation, but is responsible for accommodation, food, other living essentials, as well as training. Upon completion of the term of the Contract, the laborer may, or may not, receive some payment, as determined by the employer, based upon the laborers performance.} I am signing this Contract to effect the status of Indentured Servant. I specifically request the courts, the law and government not to interfere. I consider any attempt by an outside authority to in any way limit MISTRESS’S rights and prerogatives under this Contract to be unwanted and unwarranted interference with my constitutional right to privacy. I am of legal age and I am legally an adult who knows what she is doing. I specifically want this. In the strongest language I request the government not to "protect" me from the consequences of this decision. I specifically waive any and all protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections, and any other rule or regulation that would in any way prevent MISTRESS from having total control over every aspect of my life, except those specifically outlined in this document. Recognizing that a government may not allow a totally irrevocable Contract, no matter how much I want one, I agree to the following clause, which, while not making this Contract completely unbreakable, makes it extremely difficult to break. This Contract is irrevocable except as provided for in this paragraph only: - First, it can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, by mutual consent. If MISTRESS does not give consent, MISTRESS has the right to force compensation in a court of law. - Second, it may be unilaterally cancelled by MISTRESS at any time, with or without reason.
5) Areas of Control MISTRESS has total and complete control in every area. Except for the limitations below in the medical condition, drug, tobacco, alcohol and sex sections, if any. I agree to obey MISTRESS completely, willingly, to the best of my ability, at all times and in every way. I hereby totally submit to MISTRESS without limit and without reservation. I specifically request and authorize MISTRESS to use force to compel my obedience.
A) I agree to conform to the following behavioral specifications:
- I will not sit, lie on or use the furniture without the expressed permission of MISTRESS.
- I will not go to the bathroom without permission from MISTRESS.
- I will keep myself scrupulously clean at all times.
- I will not get into or out of bed without MISTRESS's permission.
- I will not eat or drink without the permission of MISTRESS.
- I shall never embarrass MISTRESS in any way.
- I will not engage in malicious gossip or use insulting or demeaning language towards others.
- My manner and tone will be that of a slave at all times and will reflect deference to MISTRESS at all times.
- I will not act defensively when questioned by MISTRESS.
- I will never interrupt MISTRESS, or others when speaking.
- I will stay in shape by working out to suit MISTRESS.
- I will not engage in sex, intimate touching, or engage in any scene without the expressed permission of MISTRESS.
- I will always serve MISTRESS in a kneeling position, eyes downward, and holding the position until released.
- I will be honest, never deceive, nor withhold information from MISTRESS.
- I will inform my MISTRESS promptly if I break any of MISTRESS's rules.
B) By way of illustrating MISTRESS's control, but not in any way to limit it, I delineate the following subset of MISTRESS's rights, privileges, prerogatives, and abilities:
i) Geographical: MISTRESS has the right to limit my movements: to decide where I live, work, play, etc. MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate my whereabouts at all times. MISTRESS has the right to exercise this prerogative by physically confining or binding me by any means MISTRESS desires, with no limitations on time or method. I understand that if restrained, the restraints are REAL and that I will NOT be able to get free until MISTRESS desires to release me, however long that takes.
ii) Dress: MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate every aspect of my dress: to decide what, if anything, I am to wear, when, and for how long. MISTRESS agrees not to subject me to arrest for indecent exposure, but MISTRESS's judgment will govern in all circumstances. MISTRESS has the right to inspect me at any time, and in any situation.
iii) Grooming and Hygiene: MISTRESS has the right to dictate every aspect of my grooming and hygiene.
iv) Hair: MISTRESS alone determines what amount of body hair I have and where, what hair style, from completely bald to as long as it can be grown, I wear and so forth.
v) Bathing and Washing: MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate my washing, whether by HE HIMSELF, or any designee, both me and my clothing. MISTRESS may dictate the timing, place, method, and length of my cleansing.
vi) Tattoos, Piercing, Body Art, Branding: MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate what, if any, body piercing, tattoos, scarifications, brandings, or other body art modifications I will receive. MISTRESS agrees to have these modifications made by professionals trained in the specific areas concerned.
vii) Eating and Sleeping: MISTRESS will provide me with sufficient periods to eat and to keep me in reasonable health. However, MISTRESS has the exclusive right to dictate the place, time, manner and conditions of my eating, sleeping and drinking. In addition, MISTRESS has the right to dictate what I eat or drink.
viii) Health and Fitness: I agree at MISTRESS's direction to submit to every form of examination by health care professionals, fitness experts, or others as MISTRESS deems desirable. I agree to submit to any treatment or course of regiment MISTRESS orders.
6) Limitations The following are binding limitations on the otherwise unconditional nature of my service and MISTRESS's control over me. Except for the limits in this section, there are none. MISTRESS is in complete control and I hereby authorize and request MISTRESS to treat me as if I were His own body and to do anything painful or helpful that he could legally do to himself.
a) Medical Condition Limitation: If I develop a medical condition, such as allergy or diabetes, that dictates inclusion or exclusion of certain foods and drink, specific exercise regimens, scheduled medications, etc. MISTRESS agrees to abide by the limits of diet, exercise, etc., as required to live with the condition.
b) Drug Limitation: I agree, under the strictest of penalties, not to use drugs in any form whatsoever except for:
i ) over-the-counter medications administered or on orders of MISTRESS,
ii ) performance-enhancing or state-altering drugs ordered by MISTRESS, and
iii) medicines prescribed by a doctor. MISTRESS agrees to allow me to take prescribed medications on schedule.
c) Tobacco Limitation: MISTRESS will not force me to use tobacco. MISTRESS does, however, have the right to bring me into establishments that allow smoking, order me to serve Him, or His friends, tobacco products regardless of my preference regarding personal use.
d) Alcohol Limitation: Until I reach the age of 21, I understand that it is illegal for me to drink alcohol. MISTRESS will not force me to use alcohol, nor allow my consumption, to an extent that my health or safety is endangered. He may bring me into establishments that allow drinking or order me to serve Him, or His friends, drinks. On occasion, MISTRESS may allow me to consume alcohol in moderation. If I am to use alcohol, it will be only under MISTRESS's direction as to time, place, extent, type and method.
e) Sex Limitation: This is NOT a Contract for sexual services. I shall NOT receive anything of value for engaging in sex. I understand I will engage in sex at MISTRESS's desire and direction. I agree to do so fully, completely, willingly, and to the best of my ability. MISTRESS will tell me where, when, with whom, and what sexual activities to undertake. MISTRESS may also forbid me to engage in sexual activities with any one. Such activities may include fetish, sad-masochistic, multi-person, homosexual, and other activities considered by some to be deviant. Except at MISTRESS's direction, I agree to refrain from all sexual activity of every kind and description, including self-gratification.
7) Work MISTRESS may order me to perform physical duties on His behalf and may hire out my labor without compensation of any kind to me. I agree to serve diligently, completely, and to the very best of my ability at all times. All money received for any of my work shall be the property of MISTRESS. Unless employed by a company owned by MISTRESS, no employer/employee relationship exists between me and MISTRESS. MISTRESS is not responsible for worker's compensation, social security (FICA/DHSS) or other insurance's or taxes. I serve under this Contract for the compensation already received which is not, and is not to be construed as wages. That I am not an employee can be demonstrated by the IRS test that I cannot quit this Contract. MISTRESS agrees to use necessary funds from my work to pay any personal bills or obligations I may incur while indebted to MISTRESS, but not debts incurred prior to signing this Contract. I understand that MISTRESS may, or may not, choose to set aside a percentage of any income I generate, and place it into a Trust Fund on my behalf, which he may, or may not, upon his discretion, release to me upon termination or completion of my Contract to him.
8) Penalties MISTRESS may enforce His orders by physical, or corporal, punishment of various types. I understand that, as one method of discipline, I will be spanked (paddled, etc.) with hands or implements. I understand the spankings and punishments are REAL. They WILL hurt, MAY leave marks on my body, and MAY bruise. MISTRESS may enforce His orders by physical force: in short, by MAKING me to do what He wants done. MISTRESS may apply corporal punishment and/or force, either for a lapse in my behavior, for a completely arbitrary reason, or solely for his enjoyment, amusement, and gratification.
9) Hold Harmless I submit to this Contract and to treatment hereunder, entirely of my own free will, volition, and for my own reasons. I enter into this Contract solely and entirely at my own risk. I, for myself, my heirs, my assigns, and all other parties of any description, hereby agree to hold harmless, and release from all liability of any kind, MISTRESS and all other participants in these activities.
10) Assignment of Property By signing this Contract, I understand and agree that ownership of all commercial rights to myself, tangible, and intangible, and all copyrights, patents, etc. which I may become entitled to, or obtain by means during the course of this Contract to MISTRESS, become the legal property of MISTRESS. MISTRESS agrees to use such properties, copyrights, patents, etc. to pay off any obligations or bills I may incur after entering into this Contract, and to use a portion of the remainder for expenses associated with my upkeep, such as food, medication, clothing, etc.
11) Power of Attorney By my signature below, I grant MISTRESS Full Power of Attorney, to effect any legal transfers or paperwork of any kind and description; to give consent to medical and other treatment: to execute Contracts of any sort in my name; to effect and to enforce all rights, privileges, and conditions of this Contract; and to do anything in my name which I could lawfully do without exception or limitation. MISTRESS may specifically do things under this Power of Attorney which may be perceived to be to his own use, benefit and advantage. I desire that MISTRESS be free to exercise this Power of Attorney without any conditions, bonds, oversight, restraint, or interference of any kind. Also, according to the State I will be living in, I will sign Power of Attorney in the form prescribed by law, and have it registered with the County Clerks Office registry of documents. This and other signed Power of Attorney lasts indefinitely from the date of my signing the Contract below until its mutual termination.
12) Model Release I hereby execute an unconditional, unlimited, irrevocable, assignable Model Release in favor of MISTRESS; covering all pictures, films, video, audio, public performance, and recordings of me of any kind, whether true to life or manipulated in any fashion, and all associated material, including promotional, either factual or fictional, used for any purposes whatsoever, including commercial. I waive all rights to inspect the products before or after use and waive my claims for embarrassment or mental distress specifically and all other claims of any sort generally.
13) Other: MISTRESS agrees to care for the slave, to arrange for the safety and well-being of the slave, as long as the MISTRESS owns the slave. The MISTRESS also accepts the commitment, to train the slave, punish the slave, care for the slave, and use the slave as he sees fit. The slave agrees to accept any punishment the MISTRESS decides, whether earned or not. Punishment of the slave is subject to certain rules designed to protect the slave from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm.
Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse:
- Blood may not be drawn at any time. Punishment will stop if blood is drawn
- Causing internal bleeding
- Drastic loss of circulation
- Loss of consciousness
- Burning
- Scat
- Any damage that involves loss of permanent mobility or function, including broken bones
- Any permanent marks on the skin, including scars, burns, or tattoos, unless accepted by the slave
- Any piercing of the flesh which leaves a permanent hole, unless accepted by the slave .
The slave may not seek any other MISTRESS or lover or relate to others in any sexual or submissive way without the MISTRESS's permission. To do so will result in punishment.
The slave may not speak to anyone unless spoken to or told to by MISTRESS, or has given previous authorization. Slave may not have sex in any way shape or form with himself unless so directed or permitted by MISTRESS. The slave agrees to only wear what MISTRESS allows slave to wear, and not remove anything under any circumstances unless permission is granted. Slave agrees to speak only in manner MISTRESS desires and at all times in presence or not. Slave will conform to that manner that is expected. Any alteration from that form in any degree will automatically be grounds for punishment.
14) Exceptions The slave may respectfully contest or question any command, where said command:
- Conflicts with any existing laws and may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of the slave
- May cause extreme damage to slave's life
- May cause permanent bodily harm to the slave
15) Inclusions As with all sections in this Contract, agreement to duties and instructions are mandatory whether or not implied or inferred. Examples of some specifics are included herein, but are not in any way solely limited to. Those that are included, are listed to help the slave gain a better understanding of the scope and breadth of the Contract being agreed to.
Examples: You are agreeing that:
- You may be exhibited naked
- You may be exhibited in restraints
- You may be exhibited in public
- You may be trained humiliated, restrained, disciplined, etc in public
- You may be locked into a chastity device
- You may have to grovel and beg in public
- You may be pissed on
- You may eat out of a dog dish
- You may eat table scraps that have been thrown on the floor
- You may be restrained
- You may be caged or heavily restrained for twenty-four hours or longer
- You may be restrained with chains, ropes, shackles, thongs and tape
- You may be blindfolded, hooded, muzzled or gagged
- You may have dildos or plugs secured in you for an unspecified duration
- Your sex may be stretched, clamped or secured
- You may be taken while restrained: mouth, pussy, and asshole
- You may be locked and sleep in a cage
- You may be suspended by ankles or wrists and used
- You may be tied in a chair or frame
- You may be left unattended chained to a ring in the floor
- You may be disciplined for your own good
- You may be disciplined to amuse your MISTRESS and her friends
- You may be severely disciplined for infractions
- You may be clothes-pinned
- Your ass, back, legs, chest and stomach may be spanked, paddled and whipped
- You may be coated in hot wax or other substance
- Your body and/or nipples may be tortured
- You may be given enemas
- You may be used as furniture (i.e.: as a coffee table, foot stool, serving tray, etc)
- Weights may be hung from your pussy and nipples
- Aspects of your training may be photographed and video taped for publication
16) Closing This agreement is covered by the laws of the United States of America and of Canada. This statement not withstanding, I specifically desire none, or at least the minimum amount of government interference in this Contract. If any part of this Contract is held to be invalid, the remainder stands as written and the invalid part is changed as slightly as possible to give MISTRESS as much latitude and as many rights and privileges as possible. In a similar fashion, in any disagreement of Interpretation, MISTRESS's desires shall prevail. MISTRESS may assign this Contract to any other person or persons without my signed consent.
17) Slave's Agreement I agree to become an Indentured Servant to MISTRESS. I understand that I will be commanded, trained and punished as MISTRESS sees fit. I promise to be truthful, honest, and forthcoming, conduct no illegal activity, and fulfill the pleasures and desires of my MISTRESS to the best of my abilities.
I understand that I cannot withdraw from this Contract except as stated in this Contract. I have read and fully understand this Contract in its entirety. I have no questions, changes or omissions. There are no other provisions.

18) MISTRESS's Agreement I have read and fully understand this Contract in its entirety. I agree to accept this slave as my property, body and possessions, and to care for them to the best of my ability. I shall provide for their security and well being and command them, train them, and punish them as a slave.
I understand the responsibility implicit in this arrangement. I further understand that I can withdraw, transfer or sell this Contract at any time.
